Returns

If your purchase isn’t the right fit, we’re here to help.

Products may be returned within 14 days of delivery, provided they are unused, in their original condition, and returned with all original packaging and accessories.

For hygiene and quality reasons, opened or used fragrance oils and other consumable fragrance products cannot be returned or exchanged.

Warranty

All Aroma+ diffusers purchased directly from us include a 12-month warranty against manufacturing defects under normal use.

If your diffuser develops a technical issue during the warranty period, simply contact our support team. We’ll inspect the product and, where applicable, repair or replace it as quickly as possible.
