At Aroma+, we believe in building long-term relationships based on trust, transparency, and exceptional service. The following terms apply to purchases made through our website and to products supplied directly by Aroma+.

Orders

All orders are subject to product availability and confirmation by our team. If an item is temporarily unavailable, we will notify you and offer the nearest available delivery date or, where possible, a suitable alternative.

Returns & Exchanges

Your satisfaction is important to us.

Products purchased from Aroma+ may be returned within 14 days of delivery, provided they are unused, in their original condition, and returned with all original packaging and accessories.

For hygiene and quality reasons, opened or used fragrance oils and other consumable fragrance products cannot be returned or exchanged.

Diffusers & Equipment

Diffusers purchased directly from Aroma+ include a 12-month warranty against manufacturing defects under normal use.

The warranty does not cover accidental damage, misuse, improper installation, unauthorized modifications, or normal wear and tear.

If you experience a technical issue, simply contact our support team. We will inspect the product and, where applicable, repair or replace it as quickly as possible.

Commercial Scenting Services

For business scenting solutions provided on a service or consignment basis, the terms of the individual service agreement shall apply, including equipment installation, maintenance schedules, refill services, equipment ownership, and technical support.

Delivery

Delivery times may vary depending on product availability and your location. While we always aim to deliver within the estimated timeframe, delays caused by shipping providers or circumstances beyond our control may occasionally occur.

Product Performance

Fragrance perception varies from person to person and may also be influenced by room size, ventilation, temperature, humidity, and diffuser settings. For this reason, Aroma+ cannot guarantee identical scent intensity or longevity in every environment.

Limitation of Liability

Aroma+ shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services. Where permitted by law, our liability is limited to the purchase value of the affected product.
